New update. I contacted the College Board and explained that email to my ex was never received. My daughter even through her CSS Profile treid to send me an email yesterday and I still did not receive. They on their end tried to send themselves an email and they did not receive. So there is a glitch in their system that they are going to escalate. They will also contact NYU to advise that it was in fact their fault that my ex did not complete this portion and to see if they can take that into consideration.
