Like, do-you-have-a-social-life qualified (I’m joking, but seriously, make sure you have time for your friends and family). Nobody on CC knows how or why they pick the people they do for NU HPME. There is literally no way to tell. You stand a really good chance on paper, but it will be up to your essays in the end. For real. THE ESSAYS ARE SO IMPORTANT. I am absolutely sure you’ll get an application if you test with those stats, but don’t sweat it. I did not have perfect scores and, in fact, had to retake my Chem Subject Test because my first score wasn’t high enough for HPME (I’d say anything above a 750 is quite safe, but then again, I am not the admissions team!).</p>
