trying to revise for IB exams and stressing for this decision is killing me…
If you have “upload materials” section still active, does that mean you may be accepted? 
I think everyone might have the “upload materials” section.
My college counselor said they come out today!
If someone is rejected would they still have it? Not sure…

@dtakarafa they won’t make distinctions based on that… everybody has that in their portal.
According to a person in another thread (NW-HPME), the regular decision will be out Friday and HPME by Saturday.
Guys calm down–don’t get your hopes up by new accounts that have made one total post claiming that their counselor told them that decisions are coming out today. Smell the BS. They will most likely be out Friday.
@Benji3025 I don’t think number of posts is really all that relevant. I get it that you don’t want your hopes up, I don’t either, but like number of posts doesn’t really matter.
I agree with @MarvinKemp . I remember I didn’t make a CC account until I actually had something to say regarding the thread. I don’t want to get my hopes up either, but I don’t think we should diminish their comment because she just started her account
We’ll know if her intel is legit in a few hours!
@MarvinKemp I understand that it’s great for somebody to start a new account to share information and I don’t mean demean/discredit anyone, but there have been numerous instances on both CC and Reddit where users have claimed that they “absolutely knew” when decisions were coming out just to get other’s hopes up–just be wary. I truly do hope, though, that this information turns out to be true! Crossing my fingers!

I usually just lurk without an account but I heard from my counselor so I thought I would let everyone know.
In my experience new accounts had successfully announced on decision day and then those accounts don’t post anything once decisions are announced as predicted. It is strange enough, and anyone can interpret it at their will. However I still believe based on previous years history, it should be this Friday.
Here is the history of regular decision release days/dates since 2008, based on College Confidential. Most common day is Thursday. Only in the past two years was it before the 20th. Never on a Wednesday, but who knows!
