<p>I second this suggestion. I use Flonase to help control my allergies. I naturally have a tendency toward nosebleeds but they always get more frequent and prolonged after I have been using Flonase for a few weeks. There is zero doubt in my mind that it causes me to have nosebleeds. Ayr nasal gel works really well to help keep nose moist.</p>

<p>Murmur, do you drink the essential oils or spray them in your nose? How strongly do they smell? Strong smells can be an asthma trigger for him, but maybe we could start super dilated and work our way up. </p>
<p>Thank you everyone for the suggestions. I’m going to have him stop the Nasonex. I figure it can’t really get much worse at this point.</p>
<p>My husband used to have frequent nosebleeds - including some so bad he went to the ER. Finally had an ENT do cauterization a few years ago - problem solved.</p>
