<p>One state over is Indiana State University, which is almost as dismal overall (with the exception of a few good departments). They have been pouring money into it th last few years, but now only have 19% 6 year grad rates. The ACT is between 17-22 and the GPA is between 2.6-3.2. This is the school of last resort for many. Funny thing is, many of our state’s teachers also come from this campus since the education department is one fo the better ones in the state.</p>
