Your biggest problem is budget.
Almost any school has relatively good CS.
I would recommend go to USNW list of LACs and scan schools ranked 100+. Investigate schools that look appealing to you (location, size, vibe), then go to their website and check offered Merit scholarships. After you have your looking ok and affordable after merit come here, and people will guide you.
