It’s been a stressful few days culminating in a dissapointment for DD and us. Really hoping she could get in but I guess being international and applying for financial aid is what got her rejected. SAT 1460. Congratulations to those who got in.

I feel for your daughter. Our S24 has similar stats, was deferred REA, and rejected tonight. It’s rough. I wonder if his was a courtesy deferral. Either way it hurts–I think he would rather have had the rejection in December.

Her brother who is a sophomore in college was rejected REA who included his SAT in his application. So she felt like it was a win getting deferred applying TO, since she beat her brother. I agree it was a nice courtesy knowing in December instead of waiting until now

Thank you! My 2022 didn’t end up at ND, in the end, although he came very close to attending. Hoping this one ends up in the Irish family! Is your daughter loving it?
