Yeah, that was what was happening (for some kids) last year.
Gotta wait until 18:42 to be 100% sure though.
Again, I wouldn’t jump to conclusions. We’ve got only 25 minutes. It’s possible that the websites are being updated in a ‘rolling’ fashion and that they will be reprogrammed once the decisions are loaded in. It’s certainly NOT bad news for anyone who gets the ‘do you intend to enroll’ message but it may not be definitive either for those who got it or those who don’t.

The updating/loading may be happening in batches between now and 18:42.
But it is a hopeful sign if you can now get to the yes/no button.

every now and then when i refresh the confirm page it takes a lot longer… i may be reading into it too much but fingers are crossed that it means something
