<p>Based on earlier posts on this site there was a ‘surge’ of decisions in early October. I think someone mentioned that the next set of decisions occurs in March although other information I’ve read indicates that they do a rolling acceptance and meet every two weeks! If they are making decisions, I have not heard that any one has received anything since October!</p>
