<p>S applied for a NROTC scholarship in 2004. He listed five schools but only applied to his top two choices. He really wanted to go to our big state u. (his first choice) and said that if he didn’t get assigned to that unit, he would just go there,do ROTC without the scholarship and then apply for it again once in the unit.<br>
Luckily, he got assigned to his first choice and it all worked out well.</p>
