I went the summer after my sophomore year and just like GeendayFan’s friend, most kids there were under this obscene impression that they were automatically accepted to Harvard because of it. However, it was a productive thing to do with my summer and I learned alot about entrepreneurship, which was my program. It was cool to meet people from all over the nation, even if most of them were probably not on thier way to elite colleges. Some of the kids were REALLY gnarly smart and into business. One kid had started his own company from his computer and was raking in 50k a year already. That kind of impressed me!
