There’s a new, long article about Huberman. While it’s not an article written by a scientist/physician that I was hoping for, it does support some of what I said about him upthread.
The article doesn’t focus much on his work, but rather some intimate details about his personal life. I was intrigued to read it nevertheless. I don’t indulge in much gossip in my own life but I enjoy a bit of drama/gossip about people outside my immediate circles.
I don’t think the spokesperson who is quoted throughout the piece did a very good job representing him. One quote: "A spokesperson for Huberman denies that he and Sarah had decided to have children together, clarifying that they ‘decided to create embryos by IVF.’”
What. A. Creep! I am not qualified to say whether he’s a sociopath, psychopath, or something else, but he certainly is something. Something
very unattractive. What a loser.
I was on a cruise recently and had a chocolate martini (actually several by the end of the cruise). If alcohol is going to kill me this is the way to go!
Probably not, but I myself probably wouldn’t drive home after that. Then again, we aren’t huge drinkers in our house. I’m not going to pretend alcohol is great for us and a lot of those fancy drinks have a lot of calories. Like everything else, everything in moderation.
