<p>Mere convenience in profiling, comes at the cost of disregarding individuality. And as such, unfair to the group of people in question. It doesn’t sound ethical to me. :-)</p>

But it is unethical to suggest arbitration or law procedures, even when contractual disputes aren’t going away either. I see. But I have a better sense than stereotyping such hypocrisy to all Americans. :-)</p>

<p>Good. So at least one here is back-peddling from the holier than thou attitude. But it is only after being cornered to a wall. 
And the smarter person, is the one who has researched over international transactions and arranged payment through a bank LC, an escrow, or something equivalent, so that payment is already secured by a third party before delivery of product. Then non-payment simply can’t happen. :-)</p>

They need to pay her or they are scum. Obviously, she knows next time that these Chinese clients cannot be trusted and no doubt, they will never again get any business from her or any of her colleagues who know about the situation.</p>

<p>Even simpler is that, you are only making up a strawman argument. It doesn’t occur to all transactions. Only those fallouts. You can yell through the top of your lung, and yet in real-life, you would still have to deal with contractual disputes from time to time. And that is where the legal system takes over. Like it or not… :-)</p>
