<p>My background:</p>
<p>I applied to the accelerated nursing program for Fall 2013 by the priority deadline (March 1). I went to a no name college, graduated with an average GPA, did Americorps, took pre-reqs and there, I got a 4.0. I’ve worked for 3-4 years in non-profit/infectious disease world and decided to apply to nursing school. I ended up only applying to one - NYU.</p>
<p>Since mid-March, I have been obsessively checking Albert login. It was only yesterday, 4/8, that I noticed the following change under Financial Aid: 2014-New York University-Award access not available. That changed from Award Access not available. I obsessssively read this thread and ahd to stop because I was freaking out so much.</p>
<p>This morning (4/9) at 8:52 a.m., I received an e-mail saying I got accepted! I don’t know if the theory’s true but it seems that they notify you immediately after the FA change. They still haven’t posted my award though…</p>
