<p>Iāve been MIA tooā¦ Iāve been praying soooo much ever simce these invitations that have started coming out. I kept my mail settings on my phone so that I get alerted and can read a preview of each of my emails right when I get it. Each alert makes my heart beat so fastā¦ sad story of my life but probably quite the same for many of you!
Lol anywho I just wanted to say that candidates with US passports will probably get their invitations a little late because they donāt need to apply for UAE visa. There are also a few other nationalities that are exempt from entering with the visa like UK</p>

I woke up at 4 am today and then fell asleep again. I started getting this annoying problem on my laptop which results from DNS server error. It is so annoying. I just checked my mail and I found nothing. I will check my Albert now but I do not think that it will make any difference.</p>

<p>@abrarskii EDII applicants will not be considered for the mid-February Candidate Weekend. This is because that particular CW will take place from the 14th of February to the 17th, while EDII decisions will be released on the 15th. </p>
<p>@Gamebcc First of all, a big congratulations on your invitation. 
I think your friend is either mistaken, or thereās been a misunderstanding. NYU Abu Dhabi will only send decision letters on December 18th (EDI), February 15th (EDII), and April 1st (RD). I have religiously read each post on this thread, including those from previous years, and I donāt recall ever hearing about a rejection letter for Candidate Weekend. </p>
<p>For those of you still waiting for an invitation, I wish you nothing but the best. I remember being a nervous wreck myself during the Early Decision I round.</p>

<p>Guys, I just called NYUAD and admission officer told me that the results will be sent out by the end of this month.</p>
<p>The best option right now is to chill out and not to lose our hopes!</p>
