<p>When you do the application put in the “additional information” section
“Please consider me for HEOP”
Or something along those lines.
They say they see if each applicant is eligible themselves but I don’t trust them haha.</p>
<p>The SAT requirement for HEOP is 1000-1250(M+CR) I’m sure you fall within that since you got a 1700 on the SAT.</p>
<p>I think with your GPA,SAT,low income,and minority status-- you would be a great candidate for HEOP and have a good shot at it. NYU only has 250 spots for the program though and you would have to do a 6 week program in the summer if accepted.</p>
