<p>I think in West Coast time (Im in CA), the 1st rejection emails began coming through at 1am (4 am EST) last year. </p>

<p>My personal guess is that amidst all the confusion with Abbott and Albert, it might be true that decisions will only be released after 5pm. </p>
<p>and maybe no longer in waves, maybe they’ve standardised it to stop messing with our hearts. </p>
