I doubt they;ll do it. I’ll have to call at 9 though. So i’m just waiting.

Wait, I didn’t even get into CAS. Which makes no sense whatsoever.

I’m sorry guys! Ugh. Did any of you have the FA change?

I didnt get my decision email yet

i guess only ppl who have applied to stern have seen rejections yet

I’m Stern and still havent seen one. Im getting ready for it though :(

FA change?

Ya FA change as in 2016 no financial aid on your status

Nope. just the award thing. Maybe its indicative of rejections? Don’t know.

Also, would you mind showing us the rej letter if you don’t mind. I thinc you have a good shot calling admissions and seeing if they can put you in for edII

@NYUFan101 applied to stern as well! fingers crossed

Let’s hope that round of rej is over

The admissions committee at New York University has carefully considered your application and supporting credentials, and it is with regret that I must inform you that we are unable to offer you admission to one of our NYU campuses this year. I am so sorry about the disappointing news.

Please know that your application and supporting credentials were given full consideration. As you likely suspect, we receive more applications from exceedingly qualified students than we are able to admit each year. Unfortunately, even though students may be clearly competitive for admission based on their academic records and their test scores, we are only able to admit a small percentage of qualified students given the space we have available.

Given the volume of applications we receive each year, please understand that we do not have an appeal process and we cannot reconsider your application this year. We will regrettably not be able to respond to appeal requests. You can certainly re-apply for admission as a transfer candidate to our campus in New York, should you matriculate elsewhere next fall, but we cannot reconsider your application for any programs or campuses until then and we cannot evaluate any new credentials or materials at this time.

Again, I am sorry for the disappointing news. My experience shows that the vast majority of students who are delivered similar news – myself included, as I was not admitted to my own first choice university more than 20 years ago – go on to have a wonderful university experience.

On behalf of NYU, I wish you only the best as you continue your education.

Srry dude. With your stats, you should for sure get in. Don’t lose hope yet. Give them a call later, you might have to wait until tomorrow though. If you messed up on the application, you have a good shot man.

No FA change. Only award access not available and I was rejected from stern, so yeah I guess it’s indicative

Am I the only one too scared to login to my gmail?

Rejected CAS - No FA Change “Award Access Not Available”

@xxUtopia I hope you don’t mind me asking… but when did you get the email?

@xxUtopia I’m sorry! I’m sure you’ll do amazing wherever you end up at!

Well, I got an email and applied to stern so we all know what that means. Good luck for the rest of you!
