I am not sure what we should be looking for, are we looking for the “no application” button or in general no application. I am just as confused as you are. Again the post I cited was from back in 2021, so not sure if NYU has already moved on with recent IT updates

No there’s nothing visible when “No apps” it just says “No application”
Instead of access application it should have been no application to get in acc to astrology, right?
So if we have “access application”, which I do as well, one assumes a reject per 2021 astrology?
Well this is 21-22 right not 22-23 so it’s likely fixed

it was not fixed for Ed & Ed2 so it works.

U have to click a campus first and then see if access application shows up
