accepted computer engineering. 1550 sat and 4.74 weighted, rlly like new york as a city and wanna go to the east coast but i got accepted to better ranked schools this is hella conflicting

D26 accepted! She’s very excited! 4.4 GPA, I think very good EC’s. No SATs. Has had a totally rotten time with UC’s this year (has been a horrible crapshoot), so this acceptance was perfectly timed!

My nephew was waitlisted. Does anyone know if NYU typically goes to the wait-list?
D26 Waitlisted for Stern. 4.0/4.5 1560 SAT
S26 was waitlisted for Tandon engineering. This is his 3rd waitlist but he has some great options that he is happy with.
Daughter applied to Stern BPE program but accepted into Shanghai! All fine because another school had evolved into her #1 and she committed there in EA round. But as an NYU alum I get to say she was accepted into my Alma Mater!
Test optional; 4.5 weighted/3.96 unweighted NYU doesn’t do legacy.

My D26 was WL for Psych, 4.4 W/35 ACT. My daughter got into some really great schools, so she is fine with this result– and WE are so happy for everyone who was admitted and accepting. Best of luck to you!!!
