I don’t want to start with crazy college loan debt. I know someone that has to pay $1000 a month in college loans - it is not worth it

For an international, US universities are all too expensive compared to other places but the American dream is … one heck of a motive
can international students get financial aid or do they have to pay full tuition?
@renegade23 I had a ton of friends around my state get rejected and they all had “Freshman.” Check out our ED1 thread only and you’ll see some people say the same thing. You’ve also gotta take into account the presence of bias because people that don’t get in are prob just done with NYU and don’t feel like saying anything.
@chloe123456 As an international student, we can get financial aid, it’s just NYU does not offer plenty of it

@marblesandbagels absolutely nobody on the CC thread for ED had freshman and got rejected. people did get accepted without having freshman, if that’s what you mean. also, i’m sure if they reported they had freshman in the first place and got rejected, they’d want people to know that rumor was incorrect and would post. but again, it is a gamble i guess and we won’t know until 5pm so no reason to stress
