Ok. So I’ve been seeing these ideas that they’d release acceptances first or something like that over and over, and that’s not how it works. They’re not selectively releasing anything. They’ve had everything done, all acceptances and rejections already determined. Accepted/Rejected is assigned to a student, and it stays on their database. At 5:00, access to that database becomes public, so when you log into Albert and go to check, their server will grant permission to access the database. It finds you, finds whether you are accepted or rejected, and pulls up the appropriate letter.
That’s it. It’s not like “acceptances come out first”. It’s probably because their servers are getting bashed right now so things may be slow.
