<p>As of right now I believe there are two in this thread that don’t have the FA change. One is secretparamour (something like that) and I forget who the other was. But do keep in mind that CC is a gathering a VERY few people and most are very competitive applicants. Don’t be disheartened by the ratio! </p>

<p>To follow up on several things.</p>
<p>If ED I was any indication of how the notification schedule will come out:</p>
<p>4/5am EST Rejections will start coming out. Internationals first, then apparently East to West in the States with a few exceptions.
Then Stern acceptances around 9/10am EST.
Then more rejections.
Then the rest of the acceptances around 12/1pm.</p>
<p>Stop worrying about the FA Change. You’ll find your result waiting for you in a few hours. If you want to help future applicants, you can post in the pledge and FA thread that @chances1please advertised.</p>

<p>@VioletAvenger That second wave of rejections is going to kill me. I have to wait for that last bump in the road to be sure of my acceptance (should I receive one). Man… If I’m going to be rejected, I hope it’s quick and fast in the early morning.</p>
<p>Also, @VioletAvenger, this may be a stupid question but I’m sincerely curious as to how you know if a person that requests membership into the Facebook group is actually a NYU student or not? Is it just on an honor system? I’m not going to try to join it, of course, since joining it would only make me feel more depressed if I’m rejected.</p>

<p>@lyndak It’s an honor system, but eventually those that aren’t actually in NYU are kicked out. If you aren’t in NYU and you join, but you never post, you generally won’t matter to the community either way, so it doesn’t matter whether non-NYU people are in or not.</p>
<p>If they post stuff, and if I do do a check (which I can do) on whether you’re in NYU or not and I find out that you aren’t a matriculated student, then you’re booted.</p>
<p>There are also some current freshmen and other people that are also in there to help us with signing in and rooming and questions.</p>
<p>this could quite possibly be the most exciting valentines day of my (or rather, our) life 8) …not that the personal bar has been set especially high or anything. </p>

<p>Also, if you get an email early in the morning is it 100% sure that you were rejected or just a really high percentage? Dx I’m so nervous! </p>
<p>Phew! Atleast (Per ED I) Stern comes relatively early in the morning! </p>
<p>Okay, last day! I only have an AP chem test, an AP English timed writing and an AP French Quiz! That’ll keep me busy throughout the day!</p>
