<p>I wouldn’t suggest doing that unless you don’t actually need housing. You might be put in another pile of applications if you do this, however, so it might be worth your while? I have no idea though, so if I were in your shoes, I’d call and pose them with the same question.</p>

<p>I still haven’t heard anything yet. I emailed the admissions at the beginning of the week and they said my application was still under review? Bad sign?</p>

<p>It’s not a bad sign at all! If your application is still under review, it simply means that you are still in the running!</p>

<p>If you want, call the office today and ask if they can check your status again since your next chance to do so would be Monday (I would definitely recommend doing this if you have other colleges to reply to).</p>

<p>Called today. First, the student ambassador told me they can only check application status. Then she transferred me to a nice man.“eh… did you apply for stern?” “yes” and then lsuddenly, he told me"I can give you decision over phobe" “you are accepted”

<p>Hey so I called the admissions office today and I got accepted to Stern! I called since my NetID worked yesterday afternoon! I should be getting my packet in the mail in the next few days! Good luck to everyone else!</p>

<p>Since the second orientation day is in early September, we essentially won’t be able to choose classes until less than a week before school starts?</p>

<p>WHy no rejection up to this moment? Does it mean those who receive no news going to be rejected? If count according to CC, the acceptance rate is almost 100%, even stern.</p>

<p>Just got my rejection letter today from Stern. 3.9 gpa, 100 credits from a cc. I think they didn’t like that I was a non-traditional student. Congrats on everyone who got in!</p>

<p>I was just accepted to steinhardt. yesterday i tried my netID and it said that it had already been created, so i called this morning and the woman volunteered the information that i was accepted. she said that my decision was made yesterday, and “i can give you your decision over the phone, would you like to hear it?” i said “yes” and she told me. but i haven’t gotten anything in the mail yet.</p>

<p>I got into steinhardt mcc with a 3.4 GPA from 2 years at Bentley, 1800 SAT, good ECs and good letters of rec.</p>
