Just accepted to Tandon CS major!!! I am so excited right now because I have never had any changes on Albert. No financial aid change (which I didn’t apply). No student tab. No housing change. I was so depressed. I checked Albert everyday so I just checked and saw my decision. Also, no email yet.
@srg999 for film transfers you have to do either 2 screenwriting classes (each 3 weeks long) or one 6 credit production class that’s 6 weeks long! if you’re still considered a freshman in college you have to do the screenwriting classes though. that’s what im doing

@jasonyty12 oh wow. i guess it’s possible they just didn’t have any spots open for that major or only had a couple. those are impressive stats so i’m sorry to hear that

Used GED for high school transcript because I came from a foreign system and there were some complications

Not too sure about going to NYU though, got some possibly better schools to choose from but oh well, who knows!
Oh and a quick note for anyone else who’s still anxious and curious. I did not get any changes in Albert, basically no change in Financial Aid(Did not apply), Housing and whatnot, so whoever’s in that position, there’s nothing to worry about!

@srg999 At this point, I just want to know if I got accepted or rejected. NYU is my dream school, but like…I wish they would just tell us
If anyone is curious, I just got off the phone with Rory Meyers and they’ll be giving out decisions until June 15th, and could not give out any quantitative info (amount of slots still available, how full they we’re, etc.).

@mpm1201 Ya its starting to become a problem because I got into my back up school, but I don’t want to commit and possibly miss out on attending NYU.

Still waiting on my Stern decision. About 10 minutes ago, I recieved a notification that the NYU Investment Club followed me on Twitter. It’s probably because I follow the Stern page, though. Purely coincidental, but at this point any notification with the word “NYU” has me on edge.
@marti38 yeah if you don’t mind me asking, what is your backup school?
@FortyNights a small sign is better than none Also, I wonder if Stern gives you more favor if you follow them on their social media accounts 
(maybe shows that you are devoted to getting more information), but that’s just my wishful thinking haha
