NYU doesn’t have a technical campus like other schools do, however most students (especially first-years) live around Washington Square Park and the park itself is mainly used as a “quad” for students to hang out/eat/etc.
I’m majoring in Journalism and Musical Theatre! The professors, of course you have good and…average of everything. So far I wouldn’t say I’ve had a <em>bad</em> prof. The TAs can be kind of annoying at times because they’re just grad students but they take themselves so seriously moreso than profs even. But of course not all TAs either. The professors are generally realllllly good about meeting with a student for whatever the question/concern may be. But of course this is just generalizing about the specific professors that I have encountered here so far, and not all of them in the university as a whole!</p>
