<p>You’er asking a very specific admissions question. I’m not a transfer student nor an international student, I really have no way of knowing. I’ll look at the transfer website when I get the chance tomorrow but I’m not sure if I’ll be able to answer you question. You should try emailing the admissions department or the office for international students.</p>

<p>I am appalled you would ask this! sheesh! Just kidding.
I don’t have a lot of experience with bars and stuff because most of them DO card and they are expensive, a lot of the drinking gets done at dorms (discreetly), at random warehouse parties in brooklyn, or in the apartments of upperclassmen you become friends with.</p>
<p>Having said that, I regularly frequent two “bars” and have never been carded.</p>
<p>Sigma Burger Pi (3rd st and laguardia, behind kimmel essentially) - Kind of a trashy college place. Cheap beer, great mozzarella burgers, and packed with freshmen and sophomores. Ran into one of the sprouse twins here.</p>
<p>The boxcar lounge - Over on alphabet city. Tiny little bar but nice, not the cheapest but it’s nice for a quiet night out with a couple of friends.</p>
<p>Again though, I end up doing a looooooot of drinking in the dorms (with discretion, you don’t get written up).</p>
