I donāt know if anyone knows the answer to this, but I was admitted into NYU for Spring 2019 and it doesnāt say anything about housing in my acceptance letter. It only says I will get more information about housing once I accept my offer of admission. Does anyone know how I can tell whether or not I received housing? Thanks!
@KrisW56 Congratulations on your acceptance. From my understanding, housing is not guaranteed to transfer students and must be applied for. Whether or not you get it depends on the availability although Iāve read that most transfer students do.
By the way - if you donāt mind sharing, what school did you apply to and when did you receive your acceptance?

Does everyone have a student account with an ID number to make payments through?
@Sweets10 - yes. When you apply to NYU you get an online ID and you can make payments through the Bursarās office. It doesnāt mean anything.

Anyone else nervous about 5pm today? Iām really hoping they release some more decisions!
I was reading on past threads and many applicants who got accepted received a student tab on Albert before getting a decision. Did that happen with anyone else here who has been admitted? Is that really true?

I would not worry about it. Most people, according to past posts, find out the Friday after Thanksgiving.
The portal indicates that they are waiting for my standardized test, but I have over 32 credits. I didnāt submit it. I donāt think it will be a problem.
@Veragogogo Same thing happened with me. It finally got waived for me today though. Yours should too! Now we waitā¦
my college transcript finally was recieved today! Iām just waiting on my college report which seems like itās never gonna go in lol ā¦ hope that doesnāt affect anything
I havenāt been able to stop thinking about my application tonight ugh i know that a lot of people donāt find out until December but why does it take them this long??
