I’m going to NYU this Fall, and I am looking for health plan options. I heard that the NYU plan ($1614 for 8/21/12-8/20/13) is a rip-off, and I am trying to find options for me as an individual. The problem is that I’m am only 17 right now, and won’t turn 18 until October, but my health plan needs to be in effect 8/21/12
I live in Massachusetts, and I can’t use my parents’ insurance because it doesn’t cover NY–if anyone has any advice, I would greatly appreciate it.</p>
