***Oct 2014 SAT (US ONLY)***

we need more scores to accurately predict the curves

Are you guys serious…the curves are definitely not what you think they are. He is assuming he only got the ones he knew were wrong wrong…you also need to take into account other questions that could’ve been wrong that you had no idea were wrong.

ok so i got like an 1800 based on all this LOL

ACT math and SAT math are not comparable in any way shape or form and theres no precalc on SAT math so im not sure how either of those things are relevant… when i was practicing for SAT math last yr i consistently got under 700 but when i was doing math on the ACT i never scored below a 34

I just checked Naviance, but it’s not up yet. Does anyone know if Naviance will be released before College Board officially does?

@tryharder Thats what im saying, im 100% positive that -5 is not and will never be 670

Nevermind, random sh** from my school not score

I have a Naviance account, but how do you get scores on it?

To be truthful, no one knows how many they got wrong. For as long as we know, you could’ve gotten 10 wrong but we don’t know lol. 670 is usually 8 wrong for math, maybe even 9. I remember that the March SAT, you could get 10 wrong & get 650, so 670 has to be like 7-9 wrong.

@silverdrop Ur guidance counselor puts them up

@onlyTheBest‌ your counselor recieves the scores and has to put them onto naviance himself

@silverdrop‌ It’s not up on Naviance yet.

Oh gotcha. My counselor has been out, so that’s probably not happening.

Anyone know the time it will be released? Last year, it went up sometime after midnight.

They should be up at 5AM EST although the site tends to crash

guys i’m crying actually, think we got stuck with bad curves so i probs got -150 pts what i expect

oh and i’m gonna stay up for like 3 more hours so no one leave me

2AM if you’re in the west coast like moi

Good luck to all. I went through this two years ago, so I can sympathize with everyone’s worries. And now my brother and sister are also going through the same thing.

"But I sit back now; it’s all so bittersweet. The challenge is conquered, it’s over. It’s something that kept my fire burning for months, occupying my thoughts and keeping me motivated. But it’s over. And it’s been over for about two years now. And yet I still return to CC, just so that I can try to get back a small piece what was a very valuable, wonderful learning experience.

Your goal may be to get into a top tier college, but as you’ll often find, the path is more rewarding and fulfilling than actually getting to your destination.

Good luck, CC’ers. I have no doubt that you all are among the most brilliant and motivated students in the country. And while I hope that you all reach your goals, I more sincerely hope that you never run out of goals, for the pursuit of them will enrich your life in far more ways than any single success can."
