<p>@icepierre LOL “release of” wouldn’t work. laughter does not provide a “release of” stress. that would be equivalent to saying laughter releases stress. it should be “release from” stress as if stress is hindering like a grasp</p>

<p>@stuffedicing i disagree. Stress is what is being released. The prepositional phrase “of stress and anxiety” is simply describing what is being released. That’s just how I thought about it…</p>
