For the 3600 one, I got 360 at first b/c it’s divisible by 10 & 24… but it isn’t a square of a number so I added a 0 (3600) and it made sense because there are no other numbers that are divisible by 10 & 24 that is also a square so I just put it down haha… I have weird reasoning…!

Hey guys I figured out an easier way to do that problem!
Since it has to be divisible by 10 and 24, list out their factors- 2,5 and 2,2,2,3
Thus you know that the number has to be at least 2 x 5 x 2 x 2 x 3, for the lowest multiple
Since it also has to be a square, you need two or multiples of two for each number so that the square roots have the same factors. Add in numbers necessary to get (2 x 2 x 3 x 5)(2 x 2 x 3 x 5)

did you guys get 3600 for one of the grid in math question?

@asdfasdf8800 yeah! look at page 85 :)

i did! i was so scared that i would get that question wrong

oh shoot i put 8…

Math is hard
CR is usual
Writing is pretty easy.

I put (A) for that! don’t know if its right though…

Hii … I did the sat test in the middle east. Anyone had a passage about butterflies or in every country there is a different version ? Thxx :-)

@laalaa:I have butterfly too,i am from Vietnam,when did you took the test? 8 am?

@Ilovecolgate yess at 8am …at wat time did u do it ??

is there any consensus on whether the New Zealand writing question was A or C?

The question about the fleece room- mate the answer should have been dedication. He says towards the end “I just want to get along”, that signifies his dedication

I believe the math was experimental. Cause there was four of them

was one of the reading answers “underestimated financial something” for the nuclear passage

some ppl say the answer is it’s tried but found wanting.

but i put financial whatever since the passage 2 mentions that they’ve all been tried with biliions of dollars

^Same

I think we’re correct

It is tried and found wanting because billions of dollars were invested into these alternative resources with no postive effects.

Can anyone verify the math 20 question 25 minute experimental one had a question with like the square root of t and a function f(2x) as the last two and the other section the only question I remember was the band question with how many guitar and piano players, which one was real?

there was one CR question where two of the choices were “conversational and whimsical” and “personal and reflective”. I couldn’t decide between these two, but i went with “personal and reflective” because he did share and anecdote and he often made reference to “we”. I understand that this is a strong case for “conversational” but i just don’t see how it is “whimsical”

can someone help me out?

Tarnation, no it represents disappointment
