***October 2015 SAT (US Only) Thread***

@ambitionsquared I chose “origin”… that’s prolly why I’m kind of biased. :stuck_out_tongue:

@Kylemcgrogan Only you will know what experimental you had. Just so you can figure it out, there are 3 math sections, 3 reading sections, 2 writing sections, 1 essay, and 1 experimental. Whatever you had an extra of is obviously the experimental, and you hopefully didn’t have 2 essays :stuck_out_tongue:

attention grabbing pronouncement and
WHAT was the answer to the sinuous question???

@supercalif was “do not believe in their ability” and “didn’t want to share their passion” the same question? and are they 2 different choices or were they both the same choice?

@supercalif which passage was the consenus question

@mnallamalli97 I don’t remember… but i think the question was about a paragraph saying that usa teachers teach about details but value the opposite … and the things they value are beyond description …

@NickMath23 that’s weird because had writing section 6 the only one other than 10. 2,4,5 & 8 was math. reading was 3,7,9

@ambitonsquared what was the answer to the explicit and implicit question with Atlantis? I said the answer about “atlantis is one of many historical theories” is that correct?

also, for the question on the short passage about farmland and city, what was the primary point for talking about the farmland and city? u guys know which one I’m talking about? it was about conductors… what was he answer to that?

@truculent it’s the internet one … the question was asking about what a specific expert(i forgot his name) who doesn’t think “internet will change minds” will think about P1’s author…

answer choices were:
1)attention-grabbing pronouncement
2)eager to be part of the consensus
3)want to return to a simpler life
4)want to improve
etc

Oh i chose the former but at first i thoguht it was eager

The passages never said anything about a consensus right?

@jsweets17 Atlantis is 4. Plato, i think, is 7?

Can someone list the different cr sections? Comparing the two long passages was the reading one, there was zen, space, what about short one? What were the length of the others I am missing???

the internet one
WHAT was the answer to the sinuous question???

@mnallamalli97

do you mean the second question of the passage?
asking “the land = ???”
i put necessary for civilization

i remember other choices were:
1)positive in art
2)etc
