@ekl2498 of my last 6 practice tests 3 maths have been 800 but sadly i bombed. I didnt underline words and it costed me. I had all the right answers just chose wrong aspect sooo
M: 720 -760
W: i dont really mind tbh 690-740?
Cr: 720-800 knocks on wood
In math on question 3 what did you choose 2 odds and an even? I couldve sworn i saw the word consecutive integers
And for the final one a/b=.288 i was 700 % sure it asked for b? Im retaking regardless of how good i did because i know i can get 800 in math
@BurNingzhao it was 0.5 seconds.
One of the times was 12s and the other one was 12.5
Writing killed me guys lol. I doubt I’ll even break 700 on this one.
someone knows the answer in math sec is 0.25?
It was a question mainly about average speed i think, someone knows it? pls.
Was sinuous option B?
@123awefawe same here. I think it’s “genuine confusion”… since I used to think too much while doing CR questions, until then I realised that SAT CR questions are pretty straightforward.
There isn’t any obvious signs of ominous, but there is “he SPECULATES about it”
besides, according to marriam-webster ominous = ": suggesting that something bad is going to happen in the future
" / inauspicious
according to marriam-webster. confusion =“a situation in which people are uncertain about what to do or are unable to understand something clearly”
well, I also think “genuine” is kind of weird, but still I think “ominous” is somehow even weirder to me.
@ekl2498 well, anyway, I’m not 100% sure about “incredulous” & “dismissive”, but for now, I think there aren’t enough reasonings to simply dismiss “incredulous” … I guess we’ll see.
What about the beekeeping sat writing… Does anyone know?
oh, I see, 0.25 has to multiply 2
relax, bro.
@kentonpalmer Omg the same thing happened to me…I know I’m capable of 800 math and have been getting 800 M on all practice tests but stupid errors dropped me to a 760.
I forgot to square a 3 out of unnecessary haste which made me get root 103 instead of root 109. It irks me that root 103 was even a choice.
I misread the even integer not divisible by 8 question and none of the answers worked because of it so I skipped it.
Answer me math
The thing is, I can’t retake it because I have to do subject tests in Nov. Maybe I can pull an 800 on Math II. Like it’d be truly amazing if I pulled 780-800 on CR but CR isn’t even supposed to be my thing. I’m all math lol.
@ekl2498 @kentonpalmer I can relate. My last 3 practice tests in a row were all 800. I really choked on this one (guessed 3, omit 1), possibly because it was my first time. Just gonna take lessons from it and do better on the November exam.
Did anyone get an answer like “It will be more difficult for future generations.”?
Same lol ive went to this tutor guy for math 2c cause hes my friends uncle and hes never had someone not get an 800 so i feel good about that and on first physics practice test i got an 800 so im just worried about sat 1. But you could retake sat 1 in december ?
K super important so i dont go crazy
1: whatd u put for question 3 (im not really this dumb in real life dw)
2: last question a/b = .288 they asked for b right ?
The beekeeping question talking about cities overturning laws… Does anyone remember what they thought was correct
@ambitionsquared @kentonpalmer are you guys juniors or seniors?
And yeah I could take it december but idk if that will even be worth it. Oh that’s nice about math 2
He wasn’t genuinely confused though, since he knew that the Internet could be to blame. When I saw the word “genuinely,” I discarded the answer, since he clearly had a suggestion in mind to explain the problem. He was preceding his somewhat threatening/frightening explanation in the next paragraph with a question.
@kentonpalmer They asked for a unfortunately
Im a senior hoping for columbia/yale/harvard in that order from a tiny lil town in canada (people here dont even know what columbia is) how about u guys & where u planning to go? And the math questions i mentioned whatd you guys put ?
I’m a senior hoping for Yale/Princeton from south florida. Lol about your town.
