I highly doubt that the scores will be posted early. ACT, in my experience, is on point when posting the scores in the expected time.

But it’s almost time!!! Can’t wait!!! I am going to feel soooo disappointed to find out that I got a lower composite score. I wish more schools superscored the ACT. None of the schools I’m applying to superscore ACT :(

What time do they post? midnight EST?

Midnight CST.

any chance my status will change before midnight? or should i stop refreshing and wait until wed or fri

TESTED in NC. First time checking.

I am finally tested
:)

Tested! 2.5 more hours left!

My son just received an email from one of the colleges where he sent his scores telling him his composite score. We will have to wait a few hours to get the section breakdowns from the ACT site. At least the suspense is over for him!

I scored well on my ACT, should i still take the SAT? Do colleges accept both or do they have a preference?

All schools now take either SAT or ACT, you are fine with just doing one.

Does anyone know when we will receive our writing scores?

it is still ‘Registered’ Anyone else still registered?

I didn’t get my writing scores either. Anyone have any idea as to how long it will take?

My daughter’s still says “Registered”. Odd because kids who took it at same time at her school have their scores. Will give it till end of week and then call to see if there’s a problem.

Same here, my son’s friend got the score already and he is really eager to know his. Thanks for letting me know there are still others got the ‘registered’ status.

Just curious, Worryparent, where are you? I’m in O’Fallon MO just outside of St. Louis. Other ‘registered’ seem to be in midwest too

I’m still registered. I want to cry. This is really frustrating.
Can my scores be messed up or soemhting?

I remember that the test center I took it at and the proctor said that the school wasn’t aware they had to adminster the writting portion. There was a whole room of students with writting admission tickets though so they did it anyways.
Could this be a major problem?
Should I call the school?

PLEASE HELP.

We are in southern california. Am waiting for the score to see if we should sent the score, will it miss the application deadline???

I think ACT is pretty prompt once you request a score be sent and pay the money. I’m sure it’s all computer run with the codes and all. But if your deadline comes up soon, could be a problem. ACT says it could be December (forgot the actual date) to score the tests. My daughter took first ACT in Oct 2010 and I recall it took a LONG time to get scores back. Much longer than the rest of the tests she’s taken.
