<p>This is a pretty good list. Even though the link says “graduate students,” most of the apartments are open to all. For safe neighborhoods that are convenient and popular with Pitt and CMU students, I would recommend North Oakland and Shadyside. As far as landlords, Meyers Management is pretty good, and Lobos less so. PM me if you want any more info, and I will be more specific.</p>
