<p>Has anyone rented apartments at the following: Bates Hill 3812 Bates St. or Oakland Bates Apts. 403 Oakland Ave. They are located in South Oakland and I was wondering if anyone had experienced/or known someone that rented in these buildings. Obviously looking at the security/safety and any maintenance issues.</p>
