<p>I live at Colony Club on call street right across from the college of medicine, and I love it. My apartment is a one bedroom and I pay $549 which includes unlimited cable, internet, water, sewage, pest control, and 24 hour maintenance. It’s really quiet because a lot of the residents are graduate students or international students, but if I want to go to a party, there is a trail behind the complex that I can walk to Heritage Grove (right across from Publix) or go the other way and be at the Stadium for game days. I barely ever drive which is a HUGE perk (save a lot of money there). The only extra expense I have is electricity, and my bill is usually around 70 a month. They also have 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments if you have friends you want to room with that are cheaper than the 1 bedrooms.</p>
