<p>Hey guys! I live in University Village. I acutally like it so much that I renewed my lease for Fall 2010. Anyways, now I’m transferring out and have to let the place go. It is unbelievably close to campus. </p>
<p>If you’re interested in a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, look no further. This can’t be beat at $479 a month. I never take my car on campus. I walk everyday.</p>
