<p>Definitely a scam. No trustee scholar would be stupid enough to risk their scholarship by engaging in under the table negotiations which would undoubtedly be frowned upon by USC. </p>
<p>The interview is to confirm that you are the student described in your application. Be yourself, present yourself professionally, convey your passion and enjoy your visit! USC has a vibrant student body and I suspect they are looking for someone who would be a good fit. </p>
