<p>I am so excited to live in Kenan. I also have a question for the girls living in Kenan- do you know if we can move stuff into the dorm on the 15th (Friday)? My roomie and I want to move half our stuff in on Friday and half in on Sunday.</p>
<p>From what I’ve heard, you have to have “special permission” to move in earlier than the 17th if you’re not an incoming freshmen. My best bet is to call the housing department and see if you can.</p>

<p>I rolled into Kenan last year on a Wednesday, and I bet you can do the same this year. I plan to move in that Thursday, I think.</p>
<p>Ok. I emailed the community director, who turned out not to be the community director, and I am still waiting to hear back from the right person… I’ll probably just call tomorrow. When I get to the dorm, where do I need to go to get keys and paperwork and all of that lovely stuff? Sorry to be really clueless, lol. : )</p>

<p>Nah, I won’t call anybody or anything like that, I’ll just show up. That’s what I did last year. I really don’t think it’s too big of a deal.</p>
<p>When you arrive, you’ll go into the center of Kenan and you’ll see a little room with people hanging out. They’ll make it clear that that’s where you should go. They’ll give you your key and you can excitedly move in. Yay!</p>
<p>I’m on the third floor: ) Yeah, my mom emailed somebody else today, and he wrote back saying we can check in in the lobby anytime after 9 AM. So that’s good to know. Thanks cloying and annn!!</p>
