The policy says not to discuss any specific questions, whether it’s MC or FRQ.

^ …she didn’t. Did you read what she wrote?

I believe she provided a link to a chat room that discussed questions that were on the AP Biology test. That post by her was deleted by a moderator.

Oh. I didn’t see that.

Quick question: I wrote my first name in the last name box and last name in the first name box. Will this affect anything since they have the AP number label anyway?

firered- It’s not as if CollegeBoard is a charity. They are trying to make money of these tests. People don’t pay attention to their rules because they often seem excessive. Come on, you don’t think “You may not discuss the multiple choice with anyone at anytime ever” sounds a bit silly? Personally, I think it sucks that CB is so stingy about this.

I never said that they are a charity, but they do help us get into college, and get college credit for a price that is cheaper than the actual college course. I understand they make money, I never said that they don’t. But if you depend on something to help you reach a goal, why would you break the clearly stated rules?

Get the Test Prep from Pearson by Holtzclaw and Holtzclaw. It reviews all the labs, and is organized by topics with hints called “You Must Know”.

I think we can discuss FRQs now. The College Board posted them on the website.

Yes, we can discuss FRQ now.

YAY 48 hrs has passed, college board officially released its FRQ

<a href=“Supporting Students from Day One to Exam Day – AP Central | College Board”>Supporting Students from Day One to Exam Day – AP Central | College Board;

Had another one, blastophore to anus/mouth but FORGOT to put on essay!
Left it on the outline next to the prompt ***!
d. Stem cells can form any type of cell.
Didn’t know anything else but I said that you could incorporate stem cells
in tissues to regrow the lost cells.
Current Application would be lost nerve cells such as lost arm or hand, which
scientists are trying to figure out if you could replace

Could you guys rate this answer and give me an estimate of what my score on this
FRQ would be out of 10?

Thanks,

What did everyone put for the developmental origin part?

Please rank my FRQ response please?

Hello!

Did everybody here use the Cliff Notes to study for the exam? What about Barron’s? What are their weakness and strongness?

omg out of the 50 chapters my ap bio class learned the first essay was one that we didn’t cover :(

I took the 2012 AP bio test this monday, and I had four, separate and unrelated free response questions – not the ones that they released yesterday. Is this weird? I’m a bit confused/concerned.

There are several versions this year, as you unfortunately found out. Consequently you are unable to discuss your specific free response questions because they were not the ones released on College Board’s website. Sorry!

Took IB Bio HL Papers 1 and 2 today and they were 100x easier than AP Bio. Whew…

AP Bio, for lack of a better word, RAPED me.

I seriously don’t know why I tried; probably got a 3.
