I finished my last sentence as the time ran out… maybe rushed a little, but the question on rats and alcohol levels pretty much made my bladder want to explode…

What do you think the curve for this year would be??? I am think the mcqs were pretty easy but the frqs were pretty meh for me, about three or four I botched up pretty badly.
What percentage do you think is a 5 or a 4???

I really need those answers and predictions!!! :)

I’d say about a 70 or 80.

70 or 80 percent???

While I know this years test was much different than last years, the curve last year was like a 63% = 5. I’m assuming the one this year will be around 65-70%.

Oh my god. I’m praying the curve is like, 20%.

Since this is a new form of the exam, do you think there’s a pretty high chance that the CB will release this years MC section? I just thought of this…

Like I said, this is my first AP test. I think I did great. Of course, the reality will probably hit me in July when I find out my score.

OH, and by the way people? Stop posting your answers. http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/ap-tests-preparation/341965-defy-college-boards-rules-your-own-risk.html

It’s pointless to tell people to stop posting. Everyone already knows the rules. Let people defy them at their own risk…

@APfirsttimer, stop posting that. We all know the risks, none of us give a **** because its nearly impossible for them to track us down. There is absolutely no way for them to find you unless you have info posted on your public profile. CollegeConfidential wont release any info to them (at least I hope they wont), so theres like nothing to be afraid of…

Okay cool, well then what’d you get for the grid ins?

aw crap. Totally forgot how to do the null hypothesis question… I’m guessing you weren’t supposed to get 0 for x^2? lol

:{ :{ :{ :{

I also have to agree with everyone - I don’t like the way this exam turned out! It felt more like the CollegeBoard put their own spin on the ACT’s science section. I know that in previous years there was a rather absurd amount of specific information that had to be memorized but this is almost polar opposite… I’m pretty sure that someone with a course in regular freshman biology could pass if they were good at analyzing graphs and drawing conclusions! Surely there can’t be some kind of compromise next exam?

@collegebound6412 I guess if your expected was 0, then it wouldn’t matter what your observed were. Then you’d have a divide by zero error…

(observed-expected)^2/(expected)

@jadenio Noooooo. That’s exactly what the " Defy The College Board’s rules at your OWN risk!" post is all about.

Thank you @jonhs123 … it’s okay if they post them. No risk for us

That’s true, and after a couple days it won’t be a problem anymore.

Honestly, I didn’t think it was that bad. I used Barron’s and I felt like it prepared me for the exam format extremely well. I thought the MC/Grid-Ins were very easy. I’m thinking I got around a 70%, but I’m probably underestimating.

The FRQs weren’t bad either. I guessed (correctly) on #4, and I haphazardly hashed together a correct-looking answer on #8. Also, #1 was weird, but I think I did fine.

I’m predicting a 4, but I don’t think a 5 is out of the reach either. Hopefully the odds work out in my favor.

I’m so stupid…divided by zero and my calculator showed me “0”…I was so in a rush I didn’t even think about it :(.
