Yeah, Appalachian State University released scores to our application. I got a 4 on the AP Chemistry exam, but do not know how; I guessed more than half of the time and left many free response questions blank. Our teacher never covered Organic Chemistry, Solubility equilibrium, and buffers, so you can imagine what a pain those last few free responses were. Hardest AP exam I’ve ever taken to be perfectly honest, but I have a feeling that the curve has been very generous. How good of a score is a 4 on this new exam?

University of California San Diego released the scores as well. I got my 5 :). Having taken it in a previous year I thought it was a lot easier than before. (When I took it last year I got a 2) That being said I did prepare considerably more than I did last time. Anyway, hope the rest of you did well!

Hoping for a 4. The test really got to me! :-S

I’d say a 4 is going to be a pretty solid score…it seems like there will be a lot less 5s this time around

Congratulations Edgar461! Getting a 5 on this exam is much harder than getting 5 on previous AP Chem exams! Does that mean I don’t have to pay College Board to send scores like usual?

Who gets their scores starting the 5th? Mine comes out the 9th. So I’ll just wait here…impatiently. :-SS

I’m supposed to, but I’m actually on the East Coast for an internship.

However, I’m pretty sure we can just change our IP addresses to match West Coast IP’s and maybe get our scores on the 5th as well.

When would I get my score? I live in North Carolina.

@chemsucks for NC it says that for teachers it is 10AM on July 6… I don’t know if it is the same for students but I would assume so.

Everyone can just use a proxy to change their ip so that they can see their scores on the 5th. It’s not illegal, it’s extremely easy, and its completely safe. There’s no reason not to do it if you’re dying to get your scores. Some people will probably post short guides on how to do it on the forums on the 4th or 5th.

^^^ Someone please remember to do this. Thank You. I think its safe to say that none of us wanna wait for our scores.

How do I get my scores again lol?

you just login to the collegeboard and go to apscore.com

gah less than 24 hours in my area. I’m hoping for a 5 but the test was rather difficult…

Is this proxy coming through or nah? I wanna see if I can get my scores tomorrow even though I’m on the east coast. :-SS

.

All you have to do is go to a proxy website and it tells you were the ip is from, then you just need to go to the proxy settings in your browser and add the info. There are hundreds of youtube videos.

9 more hours! I’m from Canada and I’m using a different method to get my marks early mwahaha! I can’t wait! :D

any scores yet?

@alekya97 for me it’s not loading due to an overwhelmed system, so not yet :(
