Official BAMA Bacon Thread

<p>Bacon crackers. Wrap saltines with half a slice of bacon. Bake in a jelly roll pan until bacon is done (this varies wildly, depending on cracker and bacon brand/type). A slower oven works better than a hot oven, but experiment between 275 and 375. If you want it “healthy” put crackers on racks in the pan. Might want to turn the crackers at some point. Takes between 20 minutes and an hour.
I know it is vague, but every time I make them it is different, even with the same brand if bacon. </p>
