<p>I’M surprised I was accepted, based on academics. I scored 1820/2400 for SAT, and my GPA is 3.49 unweighted. I didn’t even break top 15% of my class. I got a 3 on the only AP exam I’ve taken. I was hoping and praying that everything else would be enough, I was afraid of not standing out. I think getting deferred EA was the best thing for me, because I was able to submit a supplementary letter explaining why I want to go to Bard.</p>
