Essay: I consider it one of the better pieces of writing I’ve ever written. I loved what I wrote it on too, and I’m thinking that probably got through okay to the admissions office.
Hook (if any): -shrugs- Not particularly? Well, no… my dad has a lot of close friends who went to State, particularly for resource management and conservation, so I got some stellar letters of recommendation. </p>

This is a great school, and the way everything in my admissions process has fallen out with them, I’ve fallen in love with them. They successfully wooed me. Woohoo! </p>
<p>General Comments: I’m in the Academic Scholars Program, and I applied September 30th, and heard back that I was in October 10th. I’ll never forget it, most scream-filled moment in my entire life; my parents almost took the house down :)</p>
