<p>^I dont think they would lie on their facebook page. You said before that a counselor told you they would all come out on one day, which isnt true either. I wouldnt call admissions, you don’t want to annoy them. Not to mention, if you are just calling the admissions office, you are NOT talking to an admissions counselor, its often a secratery/someone just hired to answer phones or even an intern. </p>
<p>Also, That other girl is OBVIOUSLY lying. That was her first post…clearly it was a made up account to make us angry.</p>
<p>I agree with stewta4. No point in annoying the admissions people with our questions any further. They’ve given us a time on fb when they’ll start sending us decisions, might as well be patient till that time comes.</p>
<p>I went on the live chat with them. <p>@lindsyoxo, that’s not an admissions counselor. @Stewta4 is right, that’s just a person they hire to answer basic questions. To speak with an admissions counselor, you have to go in person, ask to specifically on the phone or e-mail them. The people who normally answer the phone and answer on live chat are hired students who don’t know specifics either.</p>

<p>It’s an automated system that sends out the emails. Automated systems work nights and weekends.</p>
<p>Hopefully, my decision will come today. MIT posts tomorrow, so if I get Michigan’s after Ieither probably won’t care very much(accepted to MIT), or will be depressed anyways(rejected)</p>

<p>Today my guidance counselor got an email that said they would start releasing decisions today and that the mail version wouldbe postmarked by the 23rd. Also, 20,000 some people applied EA!! This is legit I saw it with my own eyes! (The email I mean)</p>
