<p>My essays were great. I cannot stress enough how important they are. A lot of my friends have been getting deferred or rejected from schools that I’ve been admitted to. However, I slaved over my essays. My CA essay was on a quote by Aristotle and its effect on me: “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act, but a habit.” </p>
<p>On my trip to Michigan they stressed the importance of demonstrating an interest in your respective field. WRITE ABOUT IT! I wrote about my internship with a state senator. My Why Michigan essay was in depth and solid. </p>
<p>So good luck for all those waiting to hear and congratulations to all those accepted.</p>

<p>I’m from southeast Michigan and I got mine. I got accepted! :)</p>
<p>Don’t think its last names. One from my school rejected and another accepted to LSA. Last names far apart.</p>
<p>That makes me feel good. My entire “Why Michigan” essay was about their Political Science program, and I cited specific examples as to why I thought Michigan was a fit.</p>
