So the admissions lady just said that ILR has been releasing decisions since Wednesday, and that it’s by email.
@RedBear2016 Wow, I am really nervous… Thanks for letting us know!
@doctortillman yes! I can get into it for the first time today. Previously I was unable to log in with my credentials.
This wait is unbearable. Only one person has heard back in this thread, right?
Hey @CALSHopeful (and other CALS applicants), I cut and pasted this right from last years conversation: “CALS people, we can probably start trying to log into their transfer course evaluation site now: https://transeval.cals.cornell.edu. I don’t think anything will come up quite yet, but it’s worked as an early acceptance indicator for applicants in the past!”
@doctortillman I can see it!!!
I can see it too and I’m applying for SHA
Has anyone been accepted to CAS as of yet?
Can any CAS login to the housing portal as of yet?
Is there a transfer course evaluation equivalent for CAS?
CALSHopeful I know I'm not CALS, but I can log into it too? What do you guys see? I get
"Welcome
Your Major:
If you have any questions regarding the major you were accepted to, please contact CALS Admissions by email at cals_admissions@cornell.edu or by phone at 607.255.7688.
The Courses you have taken at your previous institution(s) have been evaluated carefully within the context of a CALS Degree. The link below will direct you to your preliminary credit evaluation. Course work currently in progress has not been evaluated. Once a final transcript is received indicating grades of C or better, the course work is eligible for further evaluation into the CALS Distribution requirements."
That’s just a little snippet of what I get.
How about you @CALSHopeful ?
@Caintpau can you include the bottom part of what you see also? I think thats where its important
"College credit earned while in high school (this includes all credits earned prior to earning a high school diploma or equivalent) will need further documentation before they can be accepted. Your credit award will be finalized upon your enrollment in CALS and receipt of your final transcript. You must receive grades of C or better for all your courses to be eligible for transfer into CALS.
If you have AP credit, you must send an official copy of your AP score report to Cornell for the credits to be awarded to your record. AP Credits will not appear on your preliminary credit evaluation, however you can view our AP chart to see what scores may earn you credit.
You are allowed to transfer a maximum of 60 credits.
Transfer Credit Evaluation
AppID: [Hiding this :)]
Our records do not show you as an accepted student in CALS."
(Of course I wasn’t accepted I’m not in CALS)
Does anyone else see that?
Yup same here @Caintpau !!
This wait is unbelievable. Guessing we’re probably going to hear on Monday and Tuesday before they close for Thanksgiving.
Nobody has heard from ILR, right?
By this time last year, CAS people and CALS people had already began hearing back. Most CAS got their decisions on the 19th, and CALS as soon as the 17th.
@GoldMouse123 : Someone said earlier that ILR had been releasing decisions since Wednesday. It’s surprising that nobody here has heard as yet. Hopefully all of us hear something next week!
I can see it too, but I am applying for ILR. Are there similar links for other schools? I’m trying to google it, but haven’t found any yet
^I couldn’t find anything for CAS.
